If you receive any product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team, via the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this site within 14 working days of receiving the goods. Please include details as to the problem with your product and/or your order number.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced. (Please note that cracked CD cases will not be replaced)
All damaged, faulty or incorrect goods must be returned to Havana Brown Entertainment. Once you have contacted our Customer Service team we will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods depending on your location.
Havana Brown Entertainment is not responsible for lost/damaged returns.
